Location: Secluded acreage development close to a popular semi rural suburb 40kms south of Brisbane.
Scope: The subdivision of 33 acres into 11 Acreage lots. The land had existing DA approval which required a Minor Change. All operational works, civil construction was completed and infrastructure was installed.
